torture! 12*200 meter repeats

i started with a short warmup with zack, then i did 12*200 meters. i wanted to get them at about 0:36 because that is a 2:24 800. the first three were a little tough because i wasnt all the way warmed up yet. the 4-8 were really fast and i felt good. after that, they were so hard and i had to hypervenalate after each one just to catch my breath. then i went to the weight room and only did pull-ups. i took an ice bath later
