Comments:
Team had a good day. Such a committed team! Soybeans were not yet harvested, so I usually ran from start to 1200 meter mark and then to 1.5 mile mark and then to 2.3 mile mark and then to finish and then back to start. Assuming I cover between around 1.5 per race, I ran about 7 miles over about 4 hours? Right knee was unhappy by the end of the day, but the rest of me was happy. Not too many thorns in my legs.
