Fast and sore

Comments:
Great run around Cambridge but my hamstring started off tight and only got worse. Not sure what caused it seeing as I didn't run yesterday. Felt sore Saturday as well. What's up with me? Hurt throughout the rest of the day. On the plus side, managed to keep up at 7-minute pace for the first 4 miles and a 6-minute pace for the last two. Hoping to have more short and speedy runs like this one this winter.
