Workout! 4xMile @ 10K/HM? . I took extended cool downs and massaged shins after each pickup, which did the trick. Was able to finish and to run fast. Happy with this. Classes all done for trimester-- on to finals! Hopefully we get some good training in over the next couple of days. Miles were 7, 6:52, 6:41, 6:36.
