Comments:
Felt a bit better. Tight, but symmetrically so, with nothing as acute as my last two runs. Let’s hope I feel looser tomorrow. Maybe I shouldn’t have stopped doing my core work 3 weeks ago that I’d kept up 5 min/day every day since Manidoken. That could be why my muscles, tendons, and ligaments are unhappy.
