Speed Work - Turtle Bridge Intervals

Weather: 45*, sunny, cold, but little/to no wind

Comments:
(I didn't dress warm enough for this workout...needed gloves; wore almost tights and a s-s technical shirt.)

Tough work-out. After a 2-mile w/up, I did 6x800s on a trail with odd intervals up-hill 80% of the way with curves, etc both ways. The pace was challenging for me after only 2 repeats (3:15 per). It will be interesting to do these on the track week after next. Kept rest to about 2 mins between.
