Alright my coworker said she 'thought' the turkey was 'pretty much done'. I'm here to say maybe it wasn't, Beatrice. 
Didn't feel good and the porta john near the track was the real mvp. Still salvaged a good workout - it was a relatively easy effort: 4x800@ 5k pace on 1 minute rest.
4x30 striders felt a little sluggish but I didn't need to go that fast for the workout so it was fine.
Was aiming for around 5:50 pace so I was pretty spot on. Although the first 200 of each rep was consistently fast...
Overall I never really felt like I was working too hard. Hopefully I'll be feeling fresher and less sick by Thursday.
