Comments:
makes the medicine go down, yo. This includes warmup and cool down, but I hit 4.1 miles in 25:00 on the treadmill. I hadn't been planning to run today, but earlier this evening my neighbor and dad's old friend was like, hey, let's go work out, so he jogged on the treadmill next to mine for a bit. I got 15 minutes in and thought, "Well, I'm on the treadmill, might as well make it interesting." So there you go.
