Yet another bad run. Legs and feet remain unhappy. Oi vey. CCT towards Bethesda. Then a pretty standard Thanksgiving. Too much pie leftover. I'm enjoying the weather improvement here, especially because it snowed a foot in Northfield this week. Seems like I might have a problem upon return.
