Comments:
Easy race pace workout today. It was a little chilly and my stomach felt like garbage but the actual running part went great. Pretty comfortable keeping up 75 second quarters.
Spikes for the last two made it even easier. Was just coasting.
Workout was 4x30 strides, 4x400m @ mile pace (shooting for 1:15 quarters)with 2 minute rest. Spikes on second half.
74.8, 75.5, 74.2, 72.6 (little carried away on that last one but wasn't working hard)

Cooldown felt easy enough. Legs might have been a little sore at the end of some of those reps but nothing crazy.
