Gotta put 'em up while you're young, I suppose. It was either this or sit on the couch languishing, unable to start any work. The wind, normally such an enormous source of irritation, was actually brisk and refreshing today. I think I need a mental reset to get back to the good running vibes of a couple weeks ago: or just an extensive foam roll.
