Sunshine in the rain

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: rain of varying intensity and upper 40s

Comments:
Got plenty wet, but was running with Jeff Elias and didn't mind the conditions, although they were hard not to notice, especially whenever the intensity of the rain picked up. Ran from the LMS down MacArthur to Fletchers to K St where I thankfully found a port-a-john with a couple of soiled napkins (beggars can't be choosers). Returned via the tunnel and then drove up to practice where I (yet again) didn't run with the team as I was trying to fight off a possible cold before the Wednesday surgery. Writing this Wednesday night, I seem to have been successful. Run was a nice opportunity to catch up with Sunshine, even though I mostly rambled about things running. Pace along Crescent was 8:10 pace.
