T Minus One

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Light loop of LFVST. I was happy to be out running for the first time in a while, but by the last ten or so minutes, my lower leg issues kicked in. Yay!

In any event, I hope that tomorrow goes smoothly. I'm not going to race it, I'm not even going to try to race it. Just not worth the pain. What I will do is run the first bit as a steady run. After five or so, assuming I'm feeling ok I'll begin to slice the pace, and see how far I can pace-push without severe pain or discomfort. I'm keeping my options open and leaving no expectations. I think this flexibility will keep me sane.
