Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
Walked home. Did some light stretching when I got home. I walked pretty fast and my legs hurt by the time I got home. I ate A LOT.

1 piece of rye bread
the remaining bit of baguette bread
pineapple
two mikan
the remaining rice (when I got out of the shower)
I think I was thinking too much about weight and health which kept food on my mind. I also think I was actually hungry from doing exercise.
