Avoiding Ella's House

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Led a team of goofballs similar to yesterday's squad (+ Nathaniel + Caleb - Arthur) on an adventure through the wilds of Somerset. The route was, roughly speaking:

Kron Chocolates in the basement of Mazza Gallery
-> The Friendship Heights Metro tunnel
-> That recently-renovated park on Western above the Friendship Heights Giant
-> The short paved trail behind the Friendship Heights Giant where we did a workout during my first winter break home from Williams, probably on this exact date 15 years ago, and I was humiliated to find myself passed by the former teammates like Zach Needle and Adam Levin whom I used to be faster than
-> Little Falls Branch Creek (the official name of the creek that runs through Somerset), or rather, the dirt path that runs along it. Ella led a rebel breakaway faction here back to her house. No one knows to this day what route they took to get back.
-> Random side trail
-> River Road
-> Little Falls Branch Creek AGAIN down to Ana-Sophia's elementary school
-> the rocky shortcut in the Geico Loop
-> a gap in the construction fence next to the sprint track

All in all, a great adventure!
