Comments:
Ran 3ish on my own, met up with Big Cheese at the firehouse, then did a 13 miler that he devised. It went all over really, and I mapped what I did and it said that it was 16.5, but I'll just log it as 16. Felt gross for the first seven or eight miles, then started to feel pretty good, but then when we did the hills on Leland my legs started to get pretty tired. Glutes are pretty sore from all of the hilly 10 milers this week (thanks Pants). I think I tied my high mileage for one week this week. Will try to keep it at 80 over break. Glad that I was able to run this much this week with only three doubles. Now it's time to eat my body weight for breakfast.
