I'm only posting this as a joke. I wouldn't count this as exercise. I woke up really tight today. I ran more after my race yesterday and stretched out well, but that wasn't quite enough. Oddly, my legs finally loosened up after I got done playing. Tomorrow will be a long "run" on the ellip.
