Adventuring w/ Abe

Comments:
Met up with Abe Doroshow at his house immediately after my run with Ben. Went through the Berenson/Rosenthal neighborhood and eventually cut down to the Soapstone Valley through a trail/construction site. Various other off-trail shenanigans followed which I won't bore you with here but will be happy to lead you to upon request. Route was: http://www.mappedometer.com/?maproute=777896

Felt much better on this run than I had with Ben earlier, in part because I changed shoes but less tight and sore as well. We were keeping a much brisker pace which perhaps felt better to my muscles than the slow podding I'd been doing. Great conversation about Haverford stuff and a capella and my dissertation. Time management was a big theme. All in all, a really nice run!
