I ellipticalled for an hour with Chris Kelly again, this time a little less intensely as my heart rate was about 150 sustained. We talked about getting inspired to run races and what "pain" means.

Afterward, we did the Eagle and saw Vaughn and Leanne coming back in.

All four of us did planks and Chris and I did the Coach Lanese Circuit twice through with 10x each exercise. I decided to try a clap pushup and somehow managed to do ten clap pushups on the second set.
