Comments:
With Berenson and Simonson. Great to have them both out there with me for this. It was a tough workout, but I felt like I stayed pretty focused throughout. Was aiming for between 3:30 and 3:35 for these, but ended up going faster on the last couple--maybe 3:27 and 3:25 if I remember correctly. Pacing was even on the ones Mark took and not so even on the ones that I did. We hit 3:31 for the first two, and then maybe a 3:33, but I don't remember the splits for the middle four. They were probably all between around 3:28 and 3:31 though. A good, consistent workout, not too hard, but sufficiently challenging. Glad I got to do it with company.
