Comments:
Struggled a bit on this one. It got way cold after the sun went down and wearing shorts was too optimistic.
Running-wise the first half felt pretty good. I think the cold just got to my legs and a weird cramp in my lower abbs.
Been super tired the past few days but still looking forward to the workout on Thursday.
