Comments:
Felt fairly worn out for most of this run. Probably around 3 miles in I was feeling better and the pace certainly picked up.
Low on water I'm guessing.
Anyway 4x100 striders felt slow to start then I was really able to open up the last 2.
Last mile was under 7:00
