Comments:
Warmed up to Bethesda (3 mi) on the CCT where I started the workout. The rest time was pretty long so it wasn't very difficult. I was definitely hitting the effort of alumni loops from the fall. Felt good, but tiring. I noticed especially on my three miles of cool down at the end that my left achilles was bothering me. Not in an insignificant way either. Hopefully that's just because these shoes are on their last legs. I was going to run this afternoon, but I think I'll just chill and see how I feel on tomorrow's run and will/won't double tomorrow accordingly. Really probably just a shoe thing because this has happened before when I get this many miles on my shoes. Replacing them next week.
