Comments:
Easy first mile. Passed Locust and 12th around 14:00 Maintained turnover and opened up stride on the downhill. Minor stomach cramping behind Albertsons. Jogged the last 200. No stops. 3 mile 10/10. I can now up my core runs to four miles.
