first indoor track meet ever!

we left from west around 2:15, got to cortland around 4. i warmed up, stretched, and did speed developement. the 3200 was the first race and i was in it. i started off fast. for the first two laps, i stayed with cory mcarty. we were doing 31 second laps. i started to slow down. my laps started to get into the fourties. both of my sides got a cramp in the last few laps. there was a little confusion in the counting of my laps, so i thought i had three laps left when i really had 2, so i did not kick until my last lap. my time at the finish was 11:06. i came in second, so i was pretty happpy with that. the mile was next. i still had the cramp from the 2 mile when the mile started. i did not feel good racing it. my time was 5:14 and i dont know what my place was. next, i had the 4 by 800 with tim, noah, and alex. alex and i got good at the handoffs right before the race. i started the relay. i ran a 2:27 and got us into 2nd. our handoff was good. alex ran a 2:29 and got us into first by about 50 meters. noah got us about 100 meters ahead, running a 2:30. tim got lapped everyone and got us about 250 meters ahead of the person in second, running a 2:18
