Circut 2

Exercise Type: Weights

1 circut 3 times through

Pushups x20
(the first set was okay but on the other two I had to teak breaks during the 20. This is hard just for the pure number of reps)

Pullups x9,3,2
(Same here with the pullups the 9 is good but the rest just fall off because the rest of this circut kills me)

Shoulder Press x15 with 15's
(First 2 sets were good but I had to break in the 3rd set. Pretty much she same as how its been in the other lifting)

Bench dips x30
(First set I did 30 straight but the second 2 I had to break it into 10 then 20 this is tough)

Straight Bar Curl x 15
(Pretty much the same as the other routine. Probably the best exercise of the circut)

Extra Lifts:

Calf Raises 3x20 with 45 on machine
(Same as usual. Felt like my shin got worked too which was good)

Arm Runs 2x100 with 5's
(Still pumping these out. I feel stronger so hopefully these are helping)

General Notes: Pretty good overall. Rest was good and everything. Not spectular but overall a good lift
