Exercise Type: Weights

Circut 1
Front Squat and Push press x15 with 65
(Failed after 13 reps the second time though. Other than that fine. Didn't feel good doing it but no problems otherwise. Stresses my wrists though)

Pushups x 20
(My arms were tired from the squats befoer so these were bad. I had to take rest a lot both times)

Lunges x 40 yrds with 30's
(I guesstimated the 40 yards. I hope its enough. Definitly a good weight. Felt like I was working which is an annomly when doing lunges)

Pullups x9,8
(Rest in between these made me able to do about the same each time through)

Circut 2

Alternating DB shoulder Press x 10 each with 15's
(About the same as the last program. I got through all the reps fine. I don't know if I can go up to 20's though)

Front Box Step-Up x 10 each w/ 65
(Felt these after the lunges. I might be able to do more weight though)

Bench Dips x20
(Used a pretty small box cuz I couldn't find a large one. Same with the step ups. So these wern't a problem)

Burpee x10
(SUCKS thats all I have to say about that)

General NOtes: Was feeling pretty tired after this so i didn't do any extras:( I still feel exausted.
