Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1/2 mile walk, 1/2 mile run pattern - wore the big brace for 50 minutes. increasing pace slightly up to 8.35 run pace - 13.2 walk No pain afterwords. (yet) Both knees showed discomfort at the first 5 minutes.
If felt better without the brace, and faster too.
