Comments:
Ran up the canal to Camden Market and then off and ran through Camden till I reached Hampstead Heath. Had a much more jolly good time winding my way through it than I had last weekend. Eventually got over to the West Heath, which was if anything even lovelier - less muddy and more isolated.
