Comments:
left shin hurt, right foot facsiatis...I have a respiratory illness, so I was hurting. The first 2.5 miles were on random at level 6 (so pretty damn hilly) and I hit the wall and went down to random at level 1 (still hilly). started at 9:13 for mile 1, 9:05 for mile 2, 8:50 for miles 3-5 and then picked up pace considerably for mile 6, the last half mile was around 7 or sub 7......but I did it...and the Ravens destroyed the Lions...
