Went long today. Was supposed to max at 10 miles but at 5 miles out I knew I was going to need a pit stop soon and the oasis was under a mile away. So I extended and took the pit stop. Huge worth in my book - finished the run feeling good even though it was a mile further than it should have been.
Heart rate was pretty much pegged at 148 the whole run. Pretty neat graph to look at.
Still pretty sore from lift/workouts but running didn't really aggravate anything. Tights feel too tight. Probably going to race with the peasant pants Thursday
