Great lift back. Kept weights light-ish to get back into it
3x10 squat (95lbs)
3x10 Jerk (45 lbs)
3x10 hang cleans (55 lbs)

3x Superset: 10 single leg lunges each leg (2x25lbs), 10 bench dips
3x Superset: 10 box step ups each leg (2x25 lbs), pull ups (only managed 5)

Weighted arm swings (8 lbs) - go lighter here next week
