2nd week lift

January 31, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
2nd lift. Shoulders/arms feeling like the weakest link right now. Everything was mostly fine after the time trial yesterday. Think I can bump up some of the weights next week.
3x10 squats (95 lbs) - up this to 115 probably next week
3x10 hang cleans (55 lbs) - can probably up this to 65
3x10 jerks (55 lbs) - keep this at 55 I think. Shoulders and arms worn out near the end

3x10(each leg) lunges (2x20 lbs) + 10 dips
3x10(each leg) box step-ups (2x20 lbs) + 5 pull ups (still struggled with these, arms were already pretty tired)
60 sec weighted arm swings (2x5 lbs) - probably correct weight

1 mile warm up on treadmill then 20 minutes of cross training on the stationary bike.
