Weather: Nice to start but got very hot
Comments:
Felt very good up until around 17km. Ran well, including some sub-7min/km. Got to 15km in 1:55, which is not to be sneezed at nowadays, but fell off badly as the heat and lack of fitness / stamina took its toll. All the same, a better time than last week and the 4th consecutive improvement in my 21km time!
