Comments:
ran club cross, and didnt' do so hot, but had a lot to be happy about. Went out in a 4:40, ran second in 4:50, 3 adn 4 in 5:15, 5 in 5:00, then died in last 2 k, ran 6:40 for that
this race showed me i have the abilty ot actually runa t that 4:40-4:50 pace for a 10k. Killed it up the hill on mile 5 and was feeling good till i got a neck cramp, so really if i would have gone out a bit slower, and not gotten the cramp, i would ahve been fine,a nd really if i didn't get the cramp i woudl have been ok.
put in a solid kick
