2x(100,200,300,400) 3 min rest. 400's @ 800 pace, everything else faster (dang!)
Spiked up for this too.
6x30 striders felt pretty good. Once again, as good as they can in tights when it's cold out. Although it was nice to have the sun up and no wind during the workout.
Put the splits below. Might have been a little eager at the start. Feel like I'm closer to 2:05 shape than 2:15 shape but keeping the 400's fast was tough. I'd say on both reps I was working pretty hard the last 100 of the 300's and the last 150 of the 400's. But it definitely simulated the end of a mid-d race. Legs might have been a little bit tired from lifting and biking yesterday? Not really sure. All in all glad to feel quick on the short reps. 30/32 was pretty easy for the 200's
