Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down through the City of London, the 1-square mile built-up area which has some marvelous skyscrapers - really cool shapes and designs. I continued on eastward toward the Isle of Dogs then found my way back through White Chapel and downtown again. So proud of myself for doing this entire run without once checking a map. Not the most efficient route and there were times I was really mixed up as to where I was, but on the whole, I managed to keep a good sense of perspective on the city. Also managed to run nearly twice as long as I was planning and at a pretty darn good clip - low 7s for much of it. Based on how worn out I was after and the next day, I'm prepared to call this a tempo run/workout.
