Well, I've gotten myself back into running after hernia surgery #2, but I'm drifting aimlessly at the moment. Losing some moment with more days off than needed. If I can be focused for the next 3 weeks, I can go into March in pretty good shape. Let's see if I can run all but one day in the next three weeks. I'd like to average 5mi per day over these next three weeks with at least two Long runs in that time. Workouts don't feel necessary, but if the opportunities arise, I should do them. Set up runs and run to get places, as needed. Also, core work should return this week and should be happening at least 4 times per week. I'd also be wise to be rolling and stretching with some regularity.
