. . . had to dig into that kind of playlist to get through this treadmill behemoth. Started at a stately, NPR-worthy 7:47 then after about five miles, I decided to survey a large chunk of the pace landscape from 7:20s to 7:03 for a bit, to 6:40ish, and finished with a 6:22, 6:18, 6:18, feeling smooth all the way! I also stumbled through a half mile cool down at the end, but I'm not counting that. The great thing about this treadmill is that there's actually an option to hide the clock! Anyway, glad to be feeling fit, and it looks like the rain will stop on Wednesday.
