Felt like shit...like the treadmill was FLYING. watch said 6:30 at 7:35 pace and 6:05 at 7:00 min pace. But then stayed at 6:15-30 at 8:00 min pace....It felt very fast. Heart rate was at 155 though...left leg pain was bad.
