4th week lift

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Did the lift sort of backwards this time since the one squat rack was being used.
3x superset: 10 single leg lunges (2x20 lbs) + 10 bench dips
3x superset: 10 single leg box step ups (2x20 lbs)
3x10 squats 115 lbs (can probably up this next time)
3x10 hang clean 60 lbs (can probably up this next time)
3x10 jerks 60 lbs (wrists still hurting after these. If that wasn't the issue I might be able to bump up the weight here)
