Weather: 4:30 PM 22 and cold!
Comments:
Ran 2 miles before practice. Then about 4 miles with group and then added on after for 7 miles. Felt pretty good except for my bad hamstring pain. Rolled a little last mile sub 5:50 for last 1/2 mile. Cold.
