Getting stronger for sure.
3x10 squats (135 lbs)
3x10 hang clean (75 lbs)
3x10 jerk (65 lbs)
superset: 3x10 lunges each leg (2x20 lbs) + 10 bench dips
Superset: 3x10 single leg box step ups (2x20 lbs) + 6 pull ups
60 sec running arms
Definitely feeling stronger although the forearms/grip seems to be the weakest link which is a little annoying.
