First day back ran Lane 8's with Kurt and Brett. We don't have workouts for break yet. I guess Kurt and Vaughn are figuring something out until then. We did 3 miles of lane 8's before finals. Felt pretty good but not running for a week definitly effected me. We took the pace down every mile. 85's the first, 80's the second, 75's the last. Pretty good workout overall.
Workout Format: Lane 8's 85 first 4, then 80, then 75
Splits: 86, 85, 86, 84, 79, 78, 78, 79, 74, 72, 74, 70.
