first day of spring track

Comments:
Ran with a variety of folks down Wisc to Russian Embassy and back. (majority was with Lord Siff, Sequoia, and Wolf) As with the past several runs, I feel like once I get to a certain perma-pace, I can't run faster without feeling like I'm straining dramatically. Maybe we were sub 8 on parts of the return route, but at this state of fitness, it all just feels hard. I need to just keep pushing through until I come out the other end. In the meantime, many parts of my feet hurt and my lower abs are still much weaker than I'd like (even though I've been surgically repaired.)
