Weather: Sunny and hot. Heat index 104

Comments:
Ran about six hours after my first run. My shin started to hurt just a bit after about 10 minutes, but then it didn't get any worse and maybe it even got better towards the end. It was hot out, but I felt really good because my legs are way too rested. it was 104 head index and I felt like I was pushing comfortably hard the entire time and it was probably just under 7 flat pace. hopefully my new shoes will come soon and I'll be able to get over this half-shit running.
