Weather: 4:45 PM 42 and windy
Comments:
Ran 1.5 miles up before practice. Then ran easy with kids. Then stretched and then did Chesterfield loop x 6 with 150-250 on offs. Pushed pretty hard and felt pretty good. Hamstring still hurts but was able to have a good workout. Ran about 1.3 down for 6 on the day.
