Weather: 51*, overcast, cool, wet leaves, wet path.

Comments:
Tempo run - clockwise. Didn't feel like running, but as always, glad I did. I've been having some general soreness in the front rt knee (rt) and back left knee. Kind of soreness that reminds me I need new shoes, but it's not time for that yet unless I have a dud pair. Could be over use as I've had two weeks of 20+ miles or hip/core strength/flexibility issues, but I think I've done enough P90x here and there to have general core strength. I'll have to watch it. Bothered me on the snowy long run and pretty consistently since, but it's minor. I worked on consistent pacing today.
