Comments:
Great tempo workout today. Definitely coming down with a cold so trying to stay ontop of that. Even with that though, today was a great workout.
Able to break out the shorts which was the right choice but right before the 300's a hail/rain storm dropped all hell on me so I kind of just wanted to get them over with and get home before I got too cold.
Workout was 4 mile tempo + 3x300's @ mile pace

Again, the tempo felt great, it was honestly pretty effortless to stick around 6:05 which I'm thrilled about. We'll see how next week goes with +1 mile but I felt pretty good at the end so I'm not too worried.
Also, tried 2x longer (200ish) striders to warmup instead which may have helped? Hard to tell because it was a tempo instead of quick intervals.
One more thing on the 300's, these also felt pretty easy, but the times were a little slow because there were huge winds on the back stretch.
