Comments:
Clanked myself to the entry point of the St. Olaf trails. Of course didn't run them but looking forward to the point when I can. Will run 40, 40 and 50? this weekend. Then onto 10th week and break. Was grey today for the first time in a solid month and this one was kind of raw.
